The rhyme 'eeny, meeny, miny, moe' refers to a nursery rhyme that is often used when picking something at random.

History

In the season 6 finale of The Walking Dead, Negan used the rhyme to choose a victim to kill. It was not until the season 7 premiere that we learnt that he chose Abraham Ford. The scene, along with its continuation in season 7, was used by Doctor Batman Who in the video Negan kills Rick immediately.
